Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are applicable for customers who receive their order in the rare "melted condition" due to extreme heat conditions.
Returns Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team at [cacao.couture.co@gmail.com] with your order number, details of the item, and a picture of the package you received in its melted condition.
- Once received and confirmed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
- E-mails must be received within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are NOT responsible for return shipping costs. If the product has been compromised we do not expect our customers to try and return it.
Incorrect Items:
- If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
- Once confirmed the wrong product was sent, we'll either send the correct replacement or start a refund process for you.
Gift Returns:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
